These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the 777vx online gaming and sports betting platform, accessible at https://777vx.cam (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "Site" or "777vx"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User", "you" or "your") and 777vx.

• You have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Access to and use of the 777vx Platform and its Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained for the duration of Account activity:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or license jurisdiction applicable to your region. The Platform is strictly prohibited from use by minors under any circumstances.

To access the Services on 777vx, you are required to complete the account registration process. You agree to provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and phone number.

You further agree to keep your registration information up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of any Account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required.

• Registration is limited to one account per individual, per household and per device where technically enforceable.
• Upon registration, you will be required to verify your mobile number via a one-time code sent to the number provided.
• Full KYC verification, including submission of valid identity documentation such as a CNIC or passport, is required prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• 777vx reserves the right to request additional verification documentation at any time and to suspend account activity pending verification.
• Accounts opened by individuals who do not meet the age eligibility requirement will be closed and any funds deposited may be returned subject to applicable verification and anti-fraud checks.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account access details with any third party under any circumstances.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify the 777vx support team immediately via live chat or email. 777vx will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to an Account where the User has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.

• All activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility until you notify 777vx of any security compromise.
• 777vx recommends using a unique, strong password and enabling two-factor authentication where available.
• You must not allow any third party, including family members, to access or use your Account on your behalf.

To place bets or access paid gaming content on 777vx, you must first deposit funds into your Account using a currently supported payment method as shown in the Platform's live cashier at the time of your transaction.

Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. Common Pakistani payment instruments such as Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast, as well as major bank transfer channels including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, may be referenced on the Platform as familiar payment methods. Their mention does not constitute an endorsement by those providers of 777vx, nor does it guarantee that such methods are available or that those providers support gambling-related transactions.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• All deposits must be made from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 777vx does not accept deposits made in cash or by money transfer services not listed in the live cashier.
• Cryptocurrency deposits (such as BTC and USDT) may be available where shown in the cashier. Applicable network fees and confirmation times are the User's responsibility.
• 777vx is not liable for deposits that fail, are delayed or are reversed due to circumstances attributable to the payment provider or the User's bank.
• PKR (Pakistani Rupee) is the primary account currency reference. Exchange rates may apply for transactions in other currencies, subject to the cashier's current terms.

Subject to successful KYC verification, completion of any applicable wagering requirements and compliance with these Terms, Users may request withdrawal of their real-money Account balance through the cashier.

• KYC verification is a mandatory prerequisite for all withdrawals. Accounts that have not completed KYC will have withdrawal requests held pending verification.

• Any winnings generated through suspected fraudulent, abusive or collusive behaviour may be voided and the relevant Account closed.

From time to time, 777vx may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, loyalty rewards and other promotional incentives to eligible Users. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, in addition to these general Terms.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in each offer's terms before withdrawal is permitted. Failure to meet wagering requirements within any applicable time limit will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are specified in each offer's terms — for example, live casino tables may contribute less than slot titles.
• One Bonus Per Person: Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are limited to one per individual, household, IP address and device.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: A cap on the maximum withdrawal amount generated from bonus funds may apply, as specified in each offer's terms.
• Right to Withdraw Offers: 777vx reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, including where abuse is suspected.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns or other abusive strategies, is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.

The following general betting rules apply to all sports and event markets available on the 777vx sportsbook. Product-specific rules may supplement these general provisions.

• All bets are placed at the User's own risk. Once a bet is confirmed by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled except in circumstances where the Platform determines that an error has occurred in the odds or market set-up.
• Odds are displayed in decimal format. Potential returns — including the original stake — are shown to the User before confirmation of any bet.
• 777vx reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was published with an obvious or material error, including incorrect odds, incorrect team or player assignments or duplicated markets.
• In the event that an event is abandoned, postponed or rescheduled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules applicable to that sport or event type as published on the Platform.
• Maximum stake limits and maximum payout limits apply to all markets and are displayed in the relevant market interface.
• Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to live odds that fluctuate in real time. 777vx does not guarantee that a bet request will be accepted at the odds displayed at the time of submission.
• Cricket markets covering PSL, ICC T20 World Cup and international bilateral series are subject to the cricket-specific settlement rules published in the Platform's sports rules section.

Users are prohibited from engaging in any conduct that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms. The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 777vx Platform:

• Registering more than one account or using the account of another person.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts or other software to interact with the Platform in a manner not authorised by 777vx.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, glitches or loopholes in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such activity will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing or any form of coordinated wagering designed to manipulate market outcomes.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment instruments to make deposits on the Platform.
• Attempting to launder funds or use the Platform for any money laundering or financial crime purpose.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by law without the Platform's prior authorisation.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages or impairs the normal operation of the Platform or its infrastructure.

777vx reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be in breach of this clause, to void all associated bets and bonuses, to withhold or recover any funds in the Account, and to report the matter to relevant authorities where applicable.

777vx is committed to supporting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides Users with tools to manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time alerts, loss limits and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from the User's account dashboard.

Self-Exclusion: Any User who wishes to restrict their access to the Platform may apply for a voluntary self-exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests will be actioned promptly. During a self-exclusion period, the User's account will be closed and the User must not attempt to register a new account on the Platform.

Use of the Platform by any person under the age of 18 — or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction — is strictly prohibited. 777vx employs age verification measures and reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from or reverse-engineer any content or software on the Platform without the prior written consent of 777vx.
• The 777vx brand name, logo and associated trademarks are the exclusive property of the Platform operator. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
• Game content provided by third-party studio providers on the Platform is licensed to 777vx and subject to those providers' respective intellectual property rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777vx, its officers, directors, employees and service providers shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive financial losses arising from participation in any gambling or betting activity on the Platform.
• Loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill or any other economic loss.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, downtime or errors that prevent access to the Platform or result in delayed settlement of bets or delayed processing of transactions.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a User's Account where the User has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.
• Decisions made by Users in reliance on any information, odds or content published on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability in a manner that would be unlawful under applicable law. Users retain any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of their applicable jurisdiction.

777vx reserves the right to amend, update or revise these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, reasonable notice will be provided to Users through a notification on the Platform or via email to the address registered on the User's Account.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users who do not accept the revised Terms must cease using the Platform and may request closure of their Account.

The version of these Terms currently in force is identified by the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777vx is licensed or registered to operate. Where no specific governing law is designated in a supplementary licence agreement, these Terms shall be subject to the laws of the operator's country of incorporation.

Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistani domestic law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may also apply to their individual conduct and that 777vx makes no representations as to the lawfulness of their participation under Pakistani law.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith communication with the 777vx support team shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by the applicable licensing authority or, where none exists, to the appropriate courts of the governing jurisdiction.
